Welcome to HealthSpring’s STAR+PLUS program. We value our relationship with all of our Providers and are committed to working with you to meet the needs of your patients, our Members.

HealthSpring recognizes the immeasurable contribution that you, as a Provider, make to the STAR+PLUS program. To ensure you have access to all of the resources and tools needed to support HealthSpring Members, HealthSpring’s Provider Services team is available. Provider Services can assist you when you have questions or need to schedule an educational in-service.
